AAA Bond Rating for Palo Alto Reaffirmed by Standard and Poor's
Once again, Palo Alto receives a General Obligation (GO) bond rating of AAA from Standard and Poor's. This is the highest credit rating possible and has been awarded to only a few cities in California.

The Library Service Model Analysis and Recommendations report outlines collection, technology and facility recommendations to improve library facilities.

Public Safety Building Blue Ribbon Task Force
The City Council authorized the formation of a Public Safety Building Project Blue Ribbon Task Force (BRTF) comprised of community members to bring ideas and solutions that address building a proposed facility for the Police Department.

Public Safety Building Project
In September 2006, Council unanimously approved a design contract with RossDrulisCusenbery Architecture to begin the conceptual design and environmental assessment of a new public safety building on the Park Boulevard site.
